Use of Hosync

Hosync provides hospitality management software for reservations, guests, properties, payments, operations, and connected productivity tools.

You may use Hosync only in compliance with these terms, applicable laws, and the permissions granted to your account.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the activity that occurs under your account.

If you connect Google services, you authorize Hosync to access the Google data required to provide the selected integration features. You may revoke Google access from your Google Account permissions page.

Customer data

You retain ownership of the data you enter into Hosync. You grant Hosync the rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that data to provide the service.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to upload or process guest, reservation, contact, and business information in Hosync.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse Hosync, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operations, submit unlawful content, or use the service to violate privacy, intellectual property, or other rights.

You must not use connected Google integrations to send spam, scrape data, or process data in a way that violates Google policies or applicable law.

Service changes

Hosync may update, suspend, or discontinue features as needed to improve the product, maintain security, comply with law, or protect users.

We aim to provide reliable service, but Hosync is provided without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
